I can’t log in Remobo, "Cannot Sign In: Wrong Username or Password for user ‘bjarmian.remobo.com’, but I can log in on forum. Help me, please.

I created new account (bjarmian1.remobo.com), but when I try to log in it tells “This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information”

Can you send us the log files? The are named “remobo.log” and “remobo-gui.log”, under the directory of “C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\.remobo”. You can email them to “support (at) remobo (dot) com”

Sorry to say, remobo still show Runtime error message and do not log in. I re-installed microsoft visual c++ and remobo< but it didn’t help

To make sure your Remobo Virtual Interface driver is installed correctly, please run these commands from a Windows Prompt terminal on your computer:

1) to list the network interfaces on your computer:

“C:\Program Files\Remobo\vtap\tapinstall32.exe” hwids @*net*

2) to list the relevant Registry entries on your computer:

regedit /e root.reg “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root”

regedit /e network.reg “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network”

regedit /e classnet.reg “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}”

Please send us the screen output from the single command in 1), and the files of “root.reg”, “network.reg”, and “classnet.reg” from the 3 commands in 2). You can email them to “support (at) remobo (dot) com”

I reinstalled my Windows7. There is no more visual c++ error, but now remobo tells “Timeout waiting for connecting with buddies”.

reset password doesnt work, always getting wrong password or user name.

Your account looks ok on the server side. Please send us your remobo.log file at "C:\Users\<your-username>\.remobo (for Windows 7), or “C:\Documents and Settings\<your-username>\.remobo” (for Windows XP) for further diagnosis. You can email the log to “support (at) remobo (dot) com”.
