I installed Remobo about 3 days ago. It worked, but now I can`t sign in. |
Hello, what error are you receiving? Also, if you create a new account, does that help at all? Thanks and sorry for the issues! |

I’m having the same problem. I JUST got done installing remobo about an hour ago. And when I installed it, I created a new account, which worked fine. But then I rebooted my computer and now it won’t let me log in with the account I just created. The error message it gives me is this: |
If this is an issue that can be solved QUICKLY, then that’s fine. But the thing is, RIGHT NOW me and a couple of my friends are looking for a replacement for hamachi, and we’ve got a list of other software to try. So if this is something that’s going to take freakin days just to get a reply about, much less solved, then I’m sure we’ll find something else to use instead. |

My problem is exactly like the one that was presented by “warserver”.And my question goes along the lines of “nichodeamus”. |
To warserver, nichodaemus, and boosuza: We’ve identified the problem you’ve experienced, and is in the process of fixing it up. This has nothing to do with whether you have a PRO account or not. It should be resolved in the next few hours. We’ll keep you posted. |

warserver, nichodeamus, and boosuza: Your userID records have been restored in the system, and you should be able to login without problem now. Let us know if you have more issues. |

I’ve the same problem with my account. I can’t log in. (WRONG PASSWORD) |
This thing is garbage. I’ve tried installing it 4 times on 4 machines on 4 networks and it ALWAYS gives the wrong user/pass error. DONE! > Peace >| |

help me! |
@pbs & @gkarpov1: The problem is now fixed at the Remobo backend registration server. Please try register new account again and you should be able to login without problem. The root cause was that the registration server for new user account was not able to propagate the registration info into the login server. To maintain the consistency of user account info, all the accounts that has been affected by this problem has been reset, so you should be able to create accounts with the same login name again. Let us know if there’s any issues. |

Ok, so I take back my garbage remark for the time being. I just logged in for the first time EVER using this product. Now I’ll give it a go and see how it does. Thanks! |
