Mac OSX crash when starts up

I should elaborate.

There are 3 of us. We like to use remobo for playing games over lan. I use xp, Jimmy is on osx, and the third uses vista. Last night, after several consecutive nights of no problems we tried logging on. It pretty much opens the window and instantly shuts down giving a "cable disconected" popup. Ocasionaly giving an error regarding a duplicate credential on the network? It's very odd that 3 diffrent OS's got the same problem simultaneously. any help resolving this would be much appreciated as the only alternative for osx and PC is Hamachi, which is rather annoying in general and complicated to install on a mac.

I also cannot find any remobo.log file on my Mac OSX. It doesn't seem to exist.

there's mine. Duplicate IP conflict. Can it be reset, or do we need to create new logins and disable the autologin?

Ok. working.

Had to do the registry edit thing to make it stop auto signing in. then used the create login on the website to make a new login. Works now.

great application, easy to use with some exceptions like the above.

The problem was Virtual-IP-Conflict, which was due to faulty server that has been fixed last week.
We're refactoring our server-side operation and will get ride of this kind of problem soon. Meanwhile, if it happens again, please post it here or email us at "support at remobo dot com", and we'll handle it promptly.
