Network driver already installed

I'm using a Vista 32 bit and having trouble installing. The download and installation goes fine until it wants to install the Remobo Instant Private Network driver. After a few seconds of attempted downloading, it says " network driver Remobo Instant Private Network is already installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. HELP!
