Login Problem: Incorrect Username/Password
problem at the time of your log. Can you try the same v0.20.8 program
and see if you can login ok? If you hit the wrong username/password
problem, it’s a good idea to register a new user ID, since our
Server-Outage problem may result in temporary loss of user’s account
records, which we’re still trying to recover from backups.
Right after the v0.20.8 release last Friday, we have had traffic surge that resulted in some server outage. The servers have been recovered by themselves last weekend. But since then we have some users reporting that they’re unable to login with their existing username/password.
After checking the user database, it’s found that the Server outage has resulted in temporary loss of some of the user’s account records. We’re in the process of recovering it from the backup database. Meanwhile, if you hit this problem, please register a new Remobo account before we recover your old ones.
